  • How can I place an order?
    .It's simple. There are 2 ways to place an order with us.

    1. Through our online store
    Order anytime day or night by simply adding the item/s you would like to purchase into your shoppisng cart. Then checkout by registering with us. You will be asked to enter your credit card and postage details, which will be safely transmitted to us.

    2. Over the phone
    If you'd prefer to place your order over the phone please call our customer service number +61 1300 654 860, between 9am-5pm EST Monday to Sunday, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    For you convenience we offer payments by PayPal, Credit Card – MasterCard, Visa and American Express, direct Bank Deposit, Cheque (your purchase will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared), Money Order and Lay-by (for orders over $200).

  • How will my jewellery be delivered?
    For Australian Orders we offer a Standard post for orders under $100.00 only. For all orders we offer for your security of delivery we offer eParcel which standard post with delivery signature required and eParcel Express which is Express Post delivery with signature required.

    We generally dispatch within 3 business days of your order being received by Amante Jewellery (we will advise you if we anticipate not being able to meet this) with delivery to your destination dependant on the delivery option selected.

    We understand that you may need your order quicker than this, particularly if it is for a gift or special occasion. Just let us know by including the details of when you would like your delivery in the notes section of your order or you can either email us at customercare@amante.com.au or telephone us on +61 1300 654860. We will then work with you to ensure your delivery arrives at your destination on time for that special occasion.

    For international deliveries we offer a choice of Registered Postal Delivery or Express Courier International Delivery. The delivery time will be dependant on the destination. We will advise you when your shipment has been dispatched.

  • Can I return something if it is not what I expected?
    We hope our jewellery looks even better when you open up the gift box and try it on. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item/s to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.


  • What can I do if my jewellery purchase is faulty or breaks?
    The manufacturers we work with to design our jewellery are of the highest standard, However, from time to time things can go wrong in the manufacturing process leading to items being faulty. If this occurs, please return the item immediately and we will provide you with a new piece – we do not give back repaired items. Please refer to our Guarantee

  • What can I do if my jewellery purchase is faulty or breaks?

    We would be delighted to help! We know the collection inside out as we wear them everyday, and would be more than happy to help you with your selection.

    Whether you are choosing a gift for someone else or something for yourself we can assist you with colour selection and give advice on what's most suitable for different occasions. Contact Us Or, you may decide a Gift Certificate is the answer, we can organise that for you

  • How will my order be packaged?
    All orders are gift boxed and delivered to your chosen delivery address. If your order is a gift, we can gift wrap it for you with our compliments. Just let us know in the notes section during checkout. For gift suggestions please see Gift Ideas
