Ordering Goods
Orders can only be placed by people legally able to engage in a
contract. Any order placed by you via this Web Site is an offer by you
to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including
the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time
you place your order. Amante Jewellery reserves the right to accept or
reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the
unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product
description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure
in your payment.
Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website
may be terminated at any time by Amante Jewellery without notice. The
products and services offered for sale are only available to
individuals who can make legally binding contracts.
Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order, Amante Jewellery will issue you with an
email notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the
total product and shipping charges, delivery address and shipping
carrier. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank
fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a
confirmation of acceptance or processing.
Australian Orders
All
orders placed within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and
Services Tax. All Australian prices are GST inclusive.
Any orders placed outside Australia for delivery within Australia are also subject to GST.
International Orders
Due
to varying market conditions in Australia and overseas, prices of
products sold via the Amante Jewellery Online Shop may vary between
countries.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Amante Jewellery during normal Victorian business hours.
Our delivery time will be 7 business days from receipt of order. If,
for any reason products ordered cannot be supplied within 7 business
days, Amante Jewellery will notify the purchaser immediately and
confirm whether the order is still required.
For
Australian deliveries, Amante Jewellery will charge a separate shipping
and handling charge that will be disclosed on the order form. This
charge may be varied from time to time at the discretion of Amante
Jewellery. For International Deliveries that will be dependant on the
destination. Amante Jewellery will notify the purchaser of the cost to
ensure they wish to proceed with the order.
Due to the valuable nature of Amante Jewellery products, shipping
details must include a street address and daytime telephone number.
Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.
International delivery
For
orders placed from outside Australia, international freight charges
will apply. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and
other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the
customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.
Amante Jewellery Guarantee
Amante Jewellery will replace any item that has been deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
Should you have an item that is faulty, please e-mail customercare@amante.com.au ; telephone Amante Jewellery on 1300654850 or fax 61399236377 and advise the details of the faulty item being returned. The item will be assessed for manufacturing faults and if deemed to have a manufacturing fault will replaced. If there is a free gift attached to the purchase, this must also be returned
Returns Policy
If your Amante Jewellery product does meet your expectations and is not what you expected to receive, you may return the product to Amante Jewellery within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be unworn and undamaged as confirmed by our jewellers. The freight will be at the customer’s expense. Amante jewellery will refund you the full price of the jewellery item less the freight charge incurred.

Complaints
Amante Jewellery has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to customercare@amante.com.au. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.
Jurisdiction
Amante Jewellery is based in Melbourne, Victoria, and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be held under Victorian Law in a Victorian Court of Law.
